Rewarding your most valuable customers is good for business.

 

At Afterpay, we want to go one step further – and not only reward customers who shop frequently, but those who spend responsibly too. 

 

That’s why we’ve launched our new customer loyalty program Pulse Rewards.

 

Afterpay’s most valuable customers can now sign up to Pulse Rewards, and enjoy the benefits of more flexible payment options in return. 

 

To be eligible, shoppers need to shop at least four orders of $40 or more every six months. They are required to pay on time, with at least 15 on-time payments, with no more than three late payments.

 

What does this mean for our business partners?

 

The Pulse Rewards members shop more, more often. And we're giving them even more flexibility when it comes to paying for the things they want.

 

This program will help better connect this unique and valuable customer base with our merchant community. 

 

What does it mean for our customers?

 

Customers who are eligible for Pulse Rewards won’t be required to pay anything upfront when checking out with Afterpay online or in-store. This means that when customers make a purchase, their first instalment won’t be due for two weeks.  

 

Pulse Reward members also have the option to make six flexible payments per year. That’s three more than the average customer.
